The region has had 2 successful rallies so far this year – a mini rally in Ganton in April and our annual spring rally, once again in Grassington, in May. The Ganton rally was ably hosted by Filey Parish Church Handbell Ringers and was well attended. We were pleased to see ringers from Selby Abbey once again.
The Grassington rally attracted fewer ringers than usual but made for a more informal day with 3 massed ringing pieces which were ably conducted by our volunteer guest conductor Kathy Smith.
The autumn rally will take place at Far Headingly, Leeds hosted by Treble Eight Ringers.
